Prefabricated House Prices
Prefabricated houses are usually cheaper than concrete houses. Also prefabricated houses have got a lots of advantages. The most important advantage is "price". Average price is $200 for 1m^2. It means, if you want to build a 100 m'2 prefabricated house, it will cost $20.000 for you. If you want to build a concrete house for that price, you can only build a 50 m^2 house. This is the main advantage of prefabricated houses of course.
